Asked how he generates ideas for his companies, Mr. Chenevert simply said in an interview with Ideamensch that he simply uses the the operational talent that he sources from the best of his company’s engineers. He also mentioned the importance of making things small, and to focus on these small teams’ collaborative effort instead of making a gigantic team that’s prone to messing up the process.
